Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below.
certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.

I. General TermsLet's start with things I will do for you, without even asking!

  • Cats (!)

  • Ferals

  • Humanoids

  • Furry characters

  • Most characters from media (like TV series, games, animes, etc.)

Things I can do, but it WILL cost you more.

  • NSFW

  • You need to prove you're over 18 first.

I won't be doing your commission, if your request contains:

  • Gore

  • Mecha

I am able to draw metal tho,,,I will keep you updated with every stage of the commission! Sketch, lineart, colors and final stage! You can only make changes at the sketch stage and if there is something wrong with the color.

II. Payment

I will accept payment in USD via PayPal only! The exception is when the buyer is from Poland. Poles can pay me via the wonders of BLIK.I will start the commision when I will receive the payment, upfront! I am not able to take 50/50 payment.If someone will pay in PLN, the price in PLN will depend on the current USD exchange rate.

III. Refunds

I do not accept refunds - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made and if I already started on the commission, ie. sketching. If I did not start working on commission, I will be able to refund money to you.

IV. Turn-aroundMy turn-around may differ, as I am a student, and I am working. The order processing time is from two weeks to two months maximum. But it never went that long, do not worry!If the commission wasn't complete after one month, please, remind me of you and your commission.

V. Usage of the workAs the artist, I have the right to:

  • Reject every order;

  • Cancel the commission and give you the refund if I am unable to complete the commission;

  • Post the final drawing on social medias and other Discord servers.

If you do not want to post the work outside, let me now and don't worry! I won't do so if you're not okay with it.As the buyer, you have the right to:

  • Use the artwork for your personal use;

  • Use the artwork to promote;

  • Print the artwork for personal use, if it isn't for money.

As the buyer, you are not allowed to:

  • Claim my work as yours;

  • Alter the artwork.
